Terms of Service

BG Apps CH. Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply to every app published on Google Play under the developer name BG Apps CH (each an "App"). By installing or using an App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The developer's contact details are shown on the App's Google Play page.

1. Using the Apps

You may use an App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer an App, except where the law allows it, and you may not use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

2. Price, ads and purchases

Most Apps are free to download and show advertising, which may include ads you choose to watch for a reward. Any purchase is made through Google Play, under Google Play's terms and refund rules. The price is shown before you buy.

3. Privacy

Each App has its own privacy policy, linked from its Google Play page and explaining what data is used, including for advertising and consent choices.

4. Information in the Apps

Apps are provided for general information, learning and entertainment. Content such as calculations, course material, dates or official information may contain errors or become out of date. It is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Where it matters, please check the official source.

5. Content you add

Anything you create or store in an App stays yours. Many Apps store data only on your device, so uninstalling the App or changing your device may delete it. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

6. Availability and changes

Apps may be updated, changed or withdrawn. Online features may be interrupted from time to time. These terms may also change, and the date above shows the latest version.

7. Warranty and liability

To the extent the law allows, Apps are provided "as is" without warranty, and the developer is not liable for indirect loss or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including rights in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights described in section 8.
